- Account Creation and Authentication
- You can create an account and sign in with your email address and a password, or with your Google account ("Sign in with Google"). Before an account is created, you must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your health data; this also applies when you use Google. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account — including your Google account if you use it to sign in — and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Ownership and Usage Rights
- You retain ownership of the medical reports and images you upload. By using our services, you grant Symptomica a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute your uploaded content in connection with providing and promoting our services. You may not upload content that you do not have the right to use or distribute.
- User Data and Privacy
- We store the email address associated with your account for authentication and account management. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the basic profile information Google shares (see the Privacy Policy). - Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use Symptomica for any unlawful purposes or to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

- Refund Policy
- We are committed to delivering high-quality AI analysis services and value your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your transaction. Refunds are available for cases such as inaccurate analysis, technical problems that prevent service use, or if the service does not perform as described. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order information and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours, and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
